Statement of Faith

God

We believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, who sustains all things by His power and love.

Jesus Christ

We believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, proclaimed the Kingdom of God, and performed mighty works. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. On the third day, He rose again from the dead, ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead.

Holy Spirit

We believe in the Holy Spirit, who dwells within believers, guiding, comforting, and empowering them to live godly lives and to be faithful witnesses of Christ.

The Church

We believe in the holy universal Church, the body of Christ, united across all nations, cultures, and languages. We affirm the fellowship of believers, the forgiveness of sins through Jesus Christ, and the call to live in love, unity, and holiness.

Our Hope

We believe in the resurrection of the body and the life everlasting, promised to all who trust in Christ.

Our Commitment

We commit ourselves to worship God in spirit and in truth, to proclaim the Gospel, to serve others with compassion, and to grow together in faith as a Telugu Christian community in New York.
